Due to the current situation with the coronavirus Tockwith Surgery opening hours are as follows:Week commencing 3rd August until further notice - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am-12.00 and 2.30pm-6.00pm, Thursday 8.30am-12.00pm, Friday 8.30am-6.00pm.  


PRESCRIPTIONS YOU CAN STILL COLLECT PRESCRIPTIONS DURING OPENING HOURS DUE TO HIGH DEMAND CAN YOU PLEASE ALLOW 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR MEDICATION, DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS PLEASE DO NOT RING THE SURGERY TO CHECK IF YOUR MEDICATION IS READY FOR COLLECTION. IF YOU ARE SELF-ISOLATING AND HAVING DIFFICULTY ARRANGING COLLECTION PLEASE LET US KNOW 


In the light of the coronavirus all GP appointments will receive a telephone consultation; please keep your phone clear around the time of your appointment, due to the volume of calls at present, your telephone consultation with the may not be at the exact time. HCA and Nurse appointments will remain face to face appointments, and patients can still collect their prescriptions. Many thanks for your co-operation Springbank Health

New Patient Registration

Our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the registration procedure, which involved completing a simple form. Adults who register will also need to show us photographic ID AND proof of address. A driving licence would be ideal for both of these. 

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
